At ZANSTYLING, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.Your items will be fully checked and controlled by our dedicated QA & QC teams prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. Please carefully and accurately check your products before placing your order.However, if you discover a fault (received damaged, wrong size, wrong color etc.) with your order, our customer service team will be happy to help you. Please read our Return Policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.


We only accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Wrong items or package sent: If we sent you the wrong item, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an item with an alternative product (if applicable).
  • Missing items and partial delivery: Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents carefully before signing for the package. If you have these issues just contact us and provide clear photographs showing the product packaging, the shipping label on the box, and your order number, we will offer a solution.
  • Product with quality problems: If the item is damaged by non-artificial reason upon receipt it,customer must provide clear proof, such as by photo or video,to us, who will then determine whether a return and refund is warranted.


We will accept returns - just make sure that:

  • Send your unsuitable items to us exactly as you received them (unused, with original packagingand intact tags & labels)
  • Apply for the return within Ydays after payment and you will have a further7days to return them.
  • Include your dispatch note as proof of purchase.


For your easiershopping experience, we will deal with your Return Request on system. If you want to apply for the refund, just follow the following instructions.

  • Sign into your account and you can see the button Return under My Orders.
  • Then click it, you will be taken to the application page, fill in your e-mail, choose your reason, provide clear photographs as proof, and then write down other information if necessary.
  • The last step, submit the application. You will beresponded by our after-sale team within 24 hours!


ZANSTYLING ships from different warehouses in some cases we may have to split your order so that you receive part of your items faster. Please rest assured. If we made a mistake, we will do our best to solve it and be responsible for all shipping fees.

All returns applicationmust first be approved by our customer service team. If approved, you will be provided with a form containing our return address and return instructions. Returned items without a corresponding form will not be accepted. Please follow the E-mail instruction, send us back the product using the authorized delivery vendor. After we receive and confirm the returns, you will receive your refund/store credit in a few days.

All rights reserved to reject some returns, such as: sale product, special price product etc. If the products couldn’t be shipped or delivered for irresistible reasons, we have rights to initiate a refund.
